Coverage:
We ship nationwide through postal service or private courier, depending on availability in your area.

Delivery times:

• Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires: 2 to 5 business days.

• Rest of the country: 5 to 10 business days, depending on location.

Shipping costs:
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — except in the following cases:

• The product arrived in poor condition.

• The items received do not match your order.

• The packaging was damaged in a way that may affect product quality.

If any of these situations occur:

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact us at contacto@tierramadreblends.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 341 512 2154, attaching photos of the product and your order number.

We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Any shipping costs resulting from our error or product issue will be fully covered by Tierra Madre Blends.

Recommendations

Please check the condition of your package upon delivery.
Store your blends in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness and natural aroma.
